OPENING A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
TERRAHYDRO Company makes opening an account easy and convenient. Call or email us your request for a
New Customer Packet. You may also download the pdf below. Mail, fax or email your completed New Customer Account Information Sheet along
with a copy of your reseller's permit or a current copy of your business license. We can then process
your first order.
New Customer Account Information
We accept company purchase orders, emails and completed TERRAHYDRO order forms. Call in your orders at (916) 514-1156, fax your orders to (916) 514-1352, or e-mail your orders to email@example.com. Orders usually ship within 24 hours. If not, we will contact you with the actual ship date.
Orders require full case quantities. A minimum order is one case. Broken cases will be charged a 10% up-charge.
TERRAHYDRO accepts many forms of payment. We accept all major credit cards and company checks. We also provide ACH terms and offer a 3% discount for customers that prefer this payment plan. We will provide an ACH application form upon request.
Ground and Expedited Orders – TERRAHYDRO uses UPS for prompt and reliable service.
Freight – TERRAHYDRO retains the right to choose the carrier. Should a store request a specific carrier, additional freight costs may be billed to the store. Ask about our shipping incentives
Damages and Shortages – All damages and shortages must be reported to TERRAHYDO within 48 hours. Damages must be reported either on the BOL (freight) or with the driver (ground) and a copy sent to TERRAHYDRO. We encourage that a photo be taken and emailed to us to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
TERRAHYDRO offers a drop-ship service to customers at a charge of $5.00 per shipment. We are not responsible for damaged or lost drop-ship orders. All lost or damaged drop-ship orders must be handled directly with the carrier.
